Susanna Space

Susanna Space is Vice President of Communications and Business Development at The Santa Fe Group.

Susanna is responsible for all Santa Fe Group communications and research. She also manages Santa Fe Group conferences and provides expertise to clients on communications and public relations issues.

Susanna is an accomplished writer and editor with extensive experience working in corporate and business communications. Before joining The Santa Fe Group, Susanna was communications director at BITS, where she edited BITS white papers, developed media relationships, managed BITS' online research activities and prepared BITS' regular communications, including the BITS Security Update.

Before joining BITS, Susanna was senior writer with Innosight, a division of Harvard Business School Publishing founded by bestselling author and Harvard Business School Professor Clayton Christensen. There she wrote case studies and assisted in directing the company's marketing and customer relations strategy. Susanna was also responsible for establishing Innosight's editorial policies.

Prior to Innosight, Susanna was an editor with Boston-based Health Ink, where she wrote consumer health articles and served as editor of a number of national consumer health publications. Prior to Health Ink, Susanna spent three years as a paralegal in a downtown Boston law firm, working side-by-side with the firm's principal attorney on civil lawsuits and business and real estate transactions.

Susanna holds a BA in English from the University of New Hampshire and a publishing certificate from Emerson College. She has completed courses in public relations, technical writing and editing, and linguistics.
