In 2003, she re-evaluated her own life and career, selling her business and launching her own sabbatical.
After a year of healing and exploration, Jaye started Breakwater Consulting in 2004, where she continues her work with individuals and groups for Fortune 500 corporations, with new skills and a refreshed attitude. Her personal mission is to help guide and expand people's view of themselves and their future possibilities and potential in order to live more fulfilling lives.
